My Quotes
-Songs are poetry with a beat.
-Everything's an illusion, and if it isn't, It's a mirage.
-They say a picture's worth a thousand words, but an amazing picture can't be explained.
-Sometimes i cant quite write my poetry to sound just right, so that whom ever reading can understand what my heart is whispering to my soul...
-Everything's an illusion, and if it isn't, It's a mirage.
-Writing from the heart is easy. It's what happens in between that's hard.
-Until you people realize what I'm capable of, you should enjoy the planet while it lasts...And yes, I knew the Mayans, and they knew that my lucky number is Twelve.
-I love dreams where I can fly. It makes my heart soar above creation when I think about it.
~ Anne M. Kelley

Evil
Evil makes the world go 'round. Because it's always being chased by Good. It turns the world, and without one another, the world would stand still, either board and flat, or horrid and rough. We all know both sides of it, Good and Evil. Without them the world itself, would be, nothing.

First Bird of Morn
I hear the bird chirping and it makes my heart sing, it opens my eyes, and awakes my heart from its slumber, it is a truly marvelous thing.
That one song.
One consent song for eight hours hurts my brain... :(

Invaded
The beautiful lush over growing woods
How the nice flowing clear creek trickles down the rocks
The wind rushing through the trees leaves
Birds fly high above the trees seeing everything
Over grown and beautiful
Then the creek gets foggy
The majestic birds land on the wooded floor
The wind stops blowing through the trees
Trash everywhere
The woods have been invaded by careless kids
I know that is isn't very good at all, but it's something that truly happened to me, when I was younger of course. I just stumbled apon it, and much of other things I wrote, and I thought that it disserved to be seen. Of course, it won't be though, probably only by one person, Janet, but it may get one or if I'm lucky enough, two people who even stumble upon my little site. Well, Anne out.

When I grow up.
I always ask people, "What do you want to be when you grow up?" They say something, and I support their idea, because that's what I think. I always ask this question so that they can ask me back, and when they don't, I just go all out and say it. "When I grow up, i want to be an author." When I was littler, i said that I wanted to be a Veterinarian, but now, I don't want to do that anymore. Don't get me wrong, I love animals, and I would love to be their doctor, but I know what you have to do to get there. I guess you can say I'm lazy, which isn't very nice, but true on somethings, sometimes. Plus, I hate math, I hate it so much, and I say that it's stupid and pointless for teachers and those people to teach me all this really random, confusing, pointless stuff, because one, I won't remember it, and two, because I will NEVER use it in my life. So now, it's actually been a couple years now, like maybe four or five years that I have wanted to be an author. I love writing, and I love everything about it. There's nothing you can do or say that would make me change my mind. It sucks, for you. This is what I want to do for the rest of my life, and that's what I'm going to do. So next time someone asks me, or I have to put it out there myself, I'm going to say,
"That's so cool, I can totally see you doing something like that! That's really is cool. When i grow up, I want to be and author, and a really good and famous one, and I want my book(s) to be made into movies and I'll be on talk shows and everything. I'll have lots of money and live in a really nice house, and I'd help all my friends who need it." I think about this all the time, especially when I'm in writing. I think about how shy I'll be on those talk shows, and I'll tell them that this is what I knew was going to happen. I know that this sounds like a little child's foolish day dreaming, but you can say or think what ever you want, but nothing will change my mind. I know that this is going to happen because I can see it, and I believe it with all my heart and soul. I love what I do, and I always will. |

The Beach
The beach is so beautiful, the waves, the water, and wind, then sand. And at dusk, the sun is beautiful, such a blazing color. Then the night comes and you see the flash from the lighthouse and you watch the moon rise over the ocean's horizon. Sometimes it's orange and red, shinning it's light over the waters still surface, the small crashing waves, and the dune weeds wafting in the wind. The star are so brilliant though, I can stare at them all night, for eternity. It makes everything worth it, and all your troubles float away in the ocean breeze.

North Carolina vs. Ohio
North Carolina, what a beautiful state. It's always hot, and even warm in the winter sometimes. And only snows once a year, if your lucky. In the summer it's so hot, you can't even go outside, the water in the pools and lakes are too hot for comfort, and it's always in the 90 to 100+ degrees. Some people might like this, in fact love this, but, I hate it.
You see, I come from Ohio, my perfect state up north. It might be freezing in the winter, and cold most of the year, but I love it!
North Carolina is beautiful, in the spring, or what should still be the winter months, the flowers are already blooming, and there are tons of them. The grass is always green, birds are always singing, and EVERYTHING is ALWAYS green.
In Ohio, there's still snow on the ground, but when spring does come around, it surely is beautiful by itself, not counting the fact that it's been way over do, and everyone can't wait. There's tons of trees, water, natural parks and reserves that you can visit any time you want. And in the summer, it's the absolute, most perfect time of anything, the temperatures perfect, there's a nice little breeze, the perfect shade of green grass is soft enough to sleep on. You can see the green leaves rustling slightly on the big, thick, and healthy trees. You jump into the cool pool and float on your back to watch the occasional bird, and clouds fly over you. You hear your friendly neighbors cutting their grass, and you get out of the cool water to get ready for dinner. Then you sit down outside on the most perfect day and eat an all-American lunch. Hot dogs and hamburgers, cooked out on the grill to perfection while you were swimming around in pool pretending to be a mermaid,. After dinner, we wait till it gets darker, then we go out side with our glass gars with tin foil with little poke holes in it. The fenced-in back yard is covered with little yellow flashing lights. You try to catch them in your hands. You can still see the dead corn field that sits behind the fence with the small pond in the distance that you want to visit one day. All of your family and friends live close by, and everyone's in great shape from all the sports and activities they do because the weather is so nice.
Sure North Carolina's great and everything, but I just don't see how it can even compare to the sweet, prefect state of Ohio.

Hey, I'm really sorry that I haven't been posting lately, but you know what they say.... something........ but anyway, but, I don't really even see why, since nobody is even really really reading it, but you know hey, it doesn't really matter, but you know, no, it does matter. I mean, it wouldn't kill you if you would just comment once, on anything, saying anything. I encourage it.

First Post
Wow, that was fast, if you were Bella Skye, you'd know what I was talking about. So here it is, a blog where I can express my poetic thinking. And those who are or aren't my friends, or even followers, don't even try to steal my words because I have them published through the government, and my father is a lawyer, so don't even think about it! This is my first post, as you can see, so I would like to give a VERY special thanks to my best friend Bella Skye, who finally convinced me to make a blog just for my poems and writings. So here I am, ENJOY!
